Dear Nova Labs Members,
This week brought fresh news we would like to share with you. We learned our landlord accepted an offer for the building we occupy and our lease will end January 31, 2022. In hindsight, our expectation that the building would remain on the market well into 2022 or even come off the market was overly optimistic.
The board is committed to Operation No Leaky Roof by pursuing new space options, accelerating fundraising efforts, and relaunching task forces focused on real estate search, development & fundraising, move planning & logistics, and communications. The board also commits to keeping members updated at least monthly via email and on the Slack channel #nova_labs_3.
It’s important that while this work goes on we maintain focus on growing our base of members and revenue. To do this, we will:

Our goals for the next 30-60 days are to ensure task forces are actively engaged, identify several key funding prospects, develop a logistics process and quote to move facilities, and communicate our progress. We know many people will want to help and welcome the support. Some roles need specialized experience and/or skill, so we appreciate your understanding as we funnel volunteers to where they can best serve Nova Labs.
