Makerspaces are places of creativity and some of that energy gets channelled into new product ideas. Ted is a tireless tinkerer. Microcontrolers are one of his interests however the messy hassle of prototyping was getting on his nerves. Moreover he figured if he solved the problem for himself then he might also solve it for others. Out of this drive came the ProtoBoard.
Ted’s ProtoBoard mounts an Arduino and a breadboard on a piece of acrylic while providing simple power connectivity to an ATX power supply connector. With this configuration an Arduino user can spend more time tinkering and less time hassling with power and soldering.
Better still, Ted branded it Nova Labs ProtoBoard and may start selling it.
